Unfortunately, we have been very busy with dad’s affairs, so we have been unable to respond to everyone as information is requested. We greatly appreciate everyone’s concern, and want to address everything that has been asked, and this is the most exhaustive and efficient way that we see fit.

Can I call Colin at the hospital? Can I mail him a card or send flowers?
Because Colin is in the Burn Unit ICU, he cannot accept phone calls or flowers at this time. If you wish to have us read him a message, send a note to his email address, ccmacdiarmid AT yahoo DOT com, and we will personally read it to him.

What happened to Precious?
Precious, Colin’s beloved dog, is with Meg Robinson. At the scene of the accident, Colin requested that Meg be contacted and that Precious be taken into her care.
